This 5-star hotel offers a luxurious stay. the outdoor swimming pool is secluded by a beautiful garden area, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas set up for full relaxation. the Spa & wellness centre has a sauna, beauty treatments and massages available. the outdoor Jacuzzi is located next to the swimming pool, providing the ultimate relaxation and privacy. the private facilities in the room are exclusive, with an in-room breakfast option available.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach access. the hotel is not located on the beachfront, but a quick walk away.

When I added 1 more day they changed my room and there were old sheets of bad quality.. There was no place for family fun for 16 and 17 year olds, there was no theater or entertaining activities. There was no playroom either. Pool, ping pong, taca taca charged very expensive for the use of awning bed chairs. Lack of variety in the buffet

The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The very complete and quality breakfast. The swimming pool is very good and its relationship with the beach very comfortable. I would come back.

The bathrooms are outdated, but in perfect condition.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a fine view. We loved having the separate balconies, each offering a different perspective. The room service was prompt and the food was good overall.

We had a couple of issues. After a rainstorm, the water leaked into our room, soaking the floor and our clothes.

BREAKFAST BUFFET IS VERY GOOD, THE ONLY THING THAT IS NOT GOOD IS TO LINE UP TO GET A TABLE, IT TAKES AWAY THE IDEA OF RELAXATION. WE LIKE A LOT OF BLUE AGAVE AND FIRE, EXCELLENT. THE MASSAGES WERE THE BEST WE DID AND THE PEOPLE AT THE SPA MAKE VERY GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RELAXATION.

SOME A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS ARE NOT VERY GOOD, FOR EXAMPLE VENTO, ENSO AND BANA LACK QUALITY.

We had a fantastic time at Paradisus! The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The royal service upgrade was definitely worth it, with excellent customer service and attention to detail. The food and drinks were delicious, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The view of the Caribbean Sea from the restaurant was breathtaking. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the beach. The indoor garden in the lobby was unique and added a special touch to the hotel. Despite being almost full, the pool and beach area never felt crowded.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

What I liked most was the friendliness of the hotel staff, as well as the quality of the restaurants. They have both Mexican and international food options. When we arrived at the hotel they offered us a talk to try to sell us a loyalty package/plan and by just going to the talk they offered us very good benefits that in the end they fulfilled us even though we did not accept to be part of the loyalty plan.

The cleaning of the dishes where they serve the snacks (fries, burgers). The variety of snacks is not good either.

Beautiful establishment with all the comforts you would expect from an "all inclusive" and personal attention to detail.

Bcp de monde (700 rooms) so flee if you are looking for a small hotel and little access available to the deckchairs in the shade (otherwise beds/sofa in supplement)

The hotel had a beautiful main building and the staff were very attentive. The room we stayed in had a great view and was comfortable. The pool was great, with a swim-up bar and plenty of beach chairs available.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated for the type of resort it was. The food options were limited and the quality of the food was poor.

I stayed in a beautiful room with excellent service at Paradisus. The staff were great too make sure I was happy and well taken care of. The beach was amazing and the food was good.

I had an amazing stay here! The beach was beautiful with enough space for everyone. The pools were fantastic, and I never felt too crowded. The in-pool bar was convenient, and the drinks were great. The buffet had many choices, and I enjoyed the lobster and well-seasoned chicken. The hotel staff was great, and tipping was not expected. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed.

Nothing negative to say.

Amazing beach, pools, service, and room. YHI Spa is a must-visit. All-inclusive for the whole family and not too kid-friendly.

We had a blast at Paradisus! The hotel had amazing facilities, like the beautiful atriums filled with lush plants. The breakfast spread was the best we've ever had, with fresh fruits, smoothies, and a friendly staff. The pool area was awesome and well-maintained. Can't wait to go back!

It can be frustrating to navigate the hotel due to the lack of elevators and the number of stairs throughout the property.

Lots of food options, bars, and entertainment. Big clean pool perfect for swimming. Helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. Great family-friendly atmosphere and amenities. The YHI Spa is a must-visit for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The location of the resort is a major advantage, as it is situated in a prime spot right by the beach. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Caribbean sea from their rooms, and the soft sandy beach is just steps away. the resort is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. There are also plenty of activities available for guests to enjoy, such as sunset mixology, tequila tasting, and sushi making classes.

The constant party-oriented music playing throughout the resort, including the pool area and Avenue bar, can be grating for those looking for a more relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Abel and Daniel. The buffet breakfast was consistently good and Alfredo remembered our preferences. The nightly shows were entertaining. The pool wait staff were great. a luxurious experience with delicious food and excellent service. Beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and stunning views. A dreamlike vacation with accommodating staff and plenty of activities for families. The all-inclusive package included premium drinks and nice wine.
